In order to keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular check-ups. We recommend that you call our office at least two months in advance, so you may choose a date that best fits your needs.
All children with special care plans (asthma, diabetes, BMI plans, ADD/ADHD, and chronic conditions) should follow-up every three months.
If you would like to see a certain physician, please request that physician when making your appointments and we will do our very best to accommodate your wishes.
If your child is encountering any issues that may take extra time, please let us know so that we may accommodate additional time for your visit.
