If you call our office after regular hours or on weekends, you will reach a voicemail greeting with instructions on how to contact the health care professional taking calls at that time. On weekday evenings and on weekends, our office uses a nurse triage service, staffed by professionals trained specifically for telephone triage. They should respond to your questions and problems knowledgeably, courteously, and promptly. If they cannot address the issue, they will reach out to the physician on-call, who may contact you directly. On weekends and holidays, they may also direct you to an Advocare affiliated Urgent Care Center or a hospital Emergency Department if urgent care is needed. Call us first!
