Dr. Marius Wechsler, a board certified pediatrician, joined Advocare Pediatric Physicians of Burlington County in 1988. He earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School after completing his undergraduate studies at Columbia University. Dr. Wechsler performed his pediatric internship and residency at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein Affiliated Hospitals in New York. He is a fellow of the Academy of Pediatrics and his areas of interest include dermatology, genetics, parenting and international adoptions.

"I find great satisfaction in easing the anxiety that surrounds doctor visits for my patients and their families. Pediatrics allows me, through my patients' eyes, to get a fresh look on life and its promise on a daily basis. My goal as a physician is to help children and families prevent and treat problems that could interfere with that promise."

Dr. Wechsler resides in Mount Laurel and, in his spare time, he coaches and plays competitive table tennis, swims, enjoys traveling, and loves the company of his wife and two daughters.
