Dr. Karen Kaighn joined Advocare Pediatric Physicians of Burlington County in November 2005. Board certified since 1999, Dr. Kaighn completed her internship and residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia (1996-1999). She received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University College (1989) and her doctoral degree in medicine from UMDNJ (now Rutgers) - New Jersey Medical School (1996). Dr. Kaighn is a native of South Jersey. She grew up in Marlton and is a graduate of Cherokee High School.

Dr. Kaighn is married to Kevin and has 2 sons and 1 feisty dog. She enjoys traveling, cooking, watching her children play soccer, and running.
